Subject: Important Question as to the Ownership of Land at Pudsey
At the Bradford County Court, yesterday, an action was brought
by Andrew Bull, butcher, Ashdowne Place, Manningham, against Joseph
Illingworth and Matthew Illingworth, of Pudsey, to recover the sum of
£19, damages sustained by the plaintiff in consequence of the
illegal and forcible removal by the defendants of a stall erected by
the plaintiff on certain land (Waver Green Pond) at Pudsey, for the
