...The building committee had approved the following plans:- Mr.
Bleasdale's plan of 29 houses and shop in Broad lane, Tyersal; Mr. Isaac
Waterhouse's plan of proposed extension to the Primitive Methodist Chapel
in Richardshaw Lane; Mr. B. Tidswell's plan of one house on Marsh Hill;
Mr. B. Glover's plan of twelve houses on Back Lane, on condition that
the privies were at the end; Mr. Joshua Walton's plan of two houses
in Marsh Lane; Mr. Samuel Wilcock's plan of building land on Richardshaw
Lane; Mr. John Lister's plan of two houses at Greenside, The committee
recommended for adoption by the board the plan of Mr. Isaac Gaunt for
the erection of 106 houses adjoining his mill premises at Stanningley,
Mr. Gaunt having agreed to give a privy to each house....
