Subject: Pudsey Board meeting
This board met yesterday, Mr. Crossland presiding....The following
plans were passed, viz.,:- plan of four houses at Littlemoor, for Mr.
John Whitfield; plan of four cottages at Richardshaw Lane, for Mr. John
Westerman; and plan of sixteen cattages to be built at Tyersal, by Mr.
C. Metcalfe...the contract with Mr. John Threapleton for the removal
of nightsoil during the next three months was renewed...On the motion
of Mr. Hargreaves, it was decided to pay the fees charged to Job Wilcock,
court-leet constable...
