Subject: Illegal Pawning
- Sarah Ann Clayton, charwoman, of Pudsey was charged with illegally
pawning certain articles of wearing apparel, the property of Ruth Hetherington
and Agnes Barnes, at Pudsey between the 2nd and 4th insts. The prisoner
was diven the articles to wash, but she went and pawned them... fined
