"All that part of the township of Stonebeck Down, which comprises Well House, the hamlet of Stean, Moor House Whitbeck, Hub Hill, Stud Fold to Blayshaw Gill. Beyond Blayshaw Gill on the South, Blayshaw, West house, Grindstone Hill, Raygill House, the village of Ramsgill, Colt House, Gouthwaite Hall, West Wood, Stripe, Toy House, Corn Close, and all the houses about Ash Fold Side and Heathfield."
