| Description | Fragment of a circular plaque attributed to the "Danube Riders" cult, based in the roman provinces along the Danube. At least 40 of these plaques are known and vary somewhat in design, though the basic figures of sun and moon, the riders and the central female are usually always represented. The riders carry an axe/club/torch and a spear, and both trample on naked bodies. | |
