Legal is a searchable section that holds documents of a legal aspect, such as deeds, assigns, court cases etc, which can be found in the archives of the West Yorkshire Archive Service

Searches for items can be conducted through the main page search engine or the one below.
The search facility covers the whole site, so to ensure that only items from this section are called, enter the word 'Legal' along with your search words; eg 'Legal Smith', will produce all Smith entries from the database without bringing up all the other plentiful occurences throughout the site.
