Developed by our own Steven Nicholas, Heirhound lets you register surnames you're interested in and then notifies you if the Treasury publishes any unclaimed estates for deceased people with that surname. Heir hunting companies try to trace relatives of a lot of cases but not all and they can't be guaranteed to find the next of kin every time.

In the event a person dies without leaving a will and with no known relatives then eventually their estate will go to the Treasury. The Treasury publishes a list of these unclaimed estates in the hope that the rightful heirs will be found. Heirhound searches this list and notifies you if your selected surname(s) appears. If you're related to the deceased you could be entitled to inherit!
