Subject: Sudden Death at Fulneck
We regret to have to record the sudden death of Mr. Samuel Sykes, of Fulneck, Pudsey which event took place at his residence on Christmas day. On the forenoon of the day he attended the service in the Moravian chapel, in his usual state of health; but in the evening, and while some of the family were at the evening service, he was taken ill, and before medical assistance could be obtained, he was dead.....Mr. Sykes was greatly respected by those who knew him.
