Subject: Child Drowned at Pudsey
Yesterday, an inquest was held at the Fleece Inn, Fartown....on the
body of a two year old boy belonging to Mr. Isaac Edmondson, currier,
who was drowned in a washing tub on Tuesday last, in an out kitchen
belonging to Mr. Haste, tanner. The deceased having been out of the
house but a short time, was discovered by it's stepmother over head
in a tub, having fallen in while standing on a stool to play with the
water. Verdict «Found drowned».
