Subject: Street Accident
About five o'clock on Tuesday evening, Mr. Matthew Wade, an elderly
retired manufacturer, slipped and fell while walking along Manor Street,
Lowtown. When picked up it was found that he had sustained a fracture
to one of his legs. Owing to the frosty weather the roads were very
slippery. He was taken home to Troydale in a cab.
