Brothers John Hainsworth and Peter Hainsworth my friend Jeremiah Naylor of
Farsley, Butcher and my Nephew Reuben Gaunt of Farsley, Cloth Manufacturer joint
executors and Trustees. I bequeath the books in my library to my brother Peter
Hainsworth. My Field in Red Lane called Over Close and my Shares in Cape Mill,
situate on the boarders of the Townships of Bramley and Farsley. My share estate
and interest in the Mill at Stanningley called the Upper Mill. My Mill estate at
the low end of Farsley called Nether Cape with the dwelling house now occupied
by Jonathan Ross. Divide proceeds into eight equal shares and to pay one of such
eighth shares to each of the following persons. My brother John Hainsworth, my
brother Peter Hainsworth, my brother Reuben Hainsworth, my sister Lydia Andrews
and my sister Sally Hollings. Another eighth share shall be paid to and divided
between my sister Rose Keighley and William Varley her son, (two thirds of such
share to Rose Keighley and one third to William Varley. Another eighth share shall be divided amongst the children of my late brother George Hainsworth.
The remaining eighth share shall be divided amongst the children of my late
sister Hannah Gaunt. |
