This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Lawson of Top of Fartown Pudsey
in the parish of Calverley in the County of York Widow. Bequeath £40 to the
children of my late brother Thomas Denton (who now resides in the United States
of America) to be equally divided. Bequeath £40 to my brother Samuel Denton (who
is now in America). Bequeath £5 to my nephew John William Denton (also in
America). Bequeath £5 to my cousin Annie Richardson (also in America). All my
goods to my niece Annie Denton the daughter of my late brother William Denton.
Remainder of my estate to be divided equally amongst my three following nieces
Annie Denton, Mary Hinings the wife of Joseph Lister and Sarah Elizabeth
Francella the wife of Thomas Mirfield Firth share and share alike being the
children of my late brother William Denton. |
