sister, and only surviving next of kin and only surviving administrator of James Greaves TETLEY deceased whilst living the son and sole residuary legatee named
in the said Will left unadministered by John Walker one of the Executors named in and who alone proved the said Will now also deceased William Hepworth the
surviving Executor in the said Will named having died without having proved the same. Effects under £600. |
