This chapel was situated in Sunfield, Stanningley. Baptisms were officially registered from 1836, though earlier records exists from 1828. The chapel was licenced to perform marriages from 1903, though earlier ceremonies were registered by an attending registrar from North Bierley office.
The book for burials starts in 1835, Isaac Barnes as steward. The chapel is now demolished.
